CLOCKSS

The Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal Ogma uses two digital preservation systems to ensure that its articles are available to readers in the future. Open Journal Systems supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system: this system allows libraries to keep copies of published articles. These copies are stored in multiple libraries, ensuring that articles are available even if the journal ceases to exist or if your website becomes inaccessible. It also supports the CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system: this system is similar to LOCKSS and uses a more rigorous control model. Libraries participating in CLOCKSS are required to store items for a set period of time.

The Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal Ogma publishes its articles with an HTML and PDF version, which allows them to be exported for the use of authors and users who access the publications. These digital preservation measures ensure that the research and scientific knowledge published in the journal is available for a long time.
