Author Guidelines
The Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal Ogma is pleased to present its guidelines for authors. These guidelines aim to ensure the quality, originality and scientific rigor of the articles published in the journal.
Requirement of original content:
Originality: The journal only publishes original articles that have not been previously published or are under consideration in another journal.
Statement of Originality: Authors must download and complete the statement of originality available on the journal's website.
Collaboration: In case of collaboration, all authors must sign the declaration of originality.
Citation and Reference Regulations:
APA Standards 7th Edition: Ogma adopts APA Standards 7th edition for citation and bibliographic references.
Extension: 15 to 25 pages, including cover page, abstract, graphics, images, references and appendices.
Format: Word (doc, docx), A4 size, 2.54 cm margins, Arial 12 font, 1.15 line spacing, no indentation.
Subpoena: APA Standards 7th Edition, Correspondence between Citations and References.
Numbering: Numbered pages at the bottom right with Arabic numerals.
Charts & Graphs: Numbered, with title and font according to APA 7th edition standards.
Bold, underlined, and italicized: Moderate use. Italics for relevant terms and words in languages other than Spanish.
Links: Provide referral URLs if available.
References: Minimum 20, cited in the text and arranged alphabetically. No French sangria.
Drafting aspects:
Semantics, Expression, Spelling, and Grammar: Careful writing, attention to the grammar and spelling of Spanish or English.
Verb tense: Impersonal (third person singular) recommended.
Legality aspects:
Respect for copyright: Correctly cite textual or paraphrased sources.
Publication of original works: Only previously unpublished original works are accepted.
Peer Review:
Anonymous process: Double-blind to avoid bias.
Evaluation: Experts in the field evaluate the scientific and methodological quality of the work.
Final Decision: The editorial board makes the final publication decision.
Publication Process:
Reception of the manuscript: The editorial board receives the manuscript.
Peer Review: Two external peers review the manuscript.
Outcome of the review: The editorial board receives the result of the review.
Publication decision: The editorial board decides whether or not to accept the article.
Bug fixes: Authors correct errors pointed out by external peers.
Slicing: The article is mocked up for publication.
Permission of the Editor-in-Chief: The editor-in-chief authorizes publication.
Publication of the article: The article is published in the journal.

It is used to verify the originality of texts.
The journal reserves the right to use it at any stage of the publication process.

Authorship
The Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal Ogma defines the authorship of a scientific article as the intellectual contribution to the development of the work. Collaboration in data collection is not, in itself, a determining factor for authorship. To determine the authorship of an article, the journal will take into account the following criteria: (a) Significant contribution to the design, execution, or interpretation of the study; (b) Participation in the writing or critical review of the article; (c) Final approval of the version submitted for publication. Authors of an article must declare in the cover letter the extent of their contribution to the work. If the authors do not agree on authorship, the journal may request a statement from each individual author.

By submitting their article to the journal, authors grant the Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal Ogma a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license for unlimited duration for its reproduction, distribution and public communication worldwide under a License Creative Commons, Atribución-NoComercial 4.0 Internacional.
